FLAT RENTAL REGULATIONS

  1. The flat is rented by the day.
  2. Check-in time for the flat is from 15:00 to 11:00.
  3. The guest's wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on arrival should be notified to the flat staff in advance. They will be accommodated as far as possible. Extension of the stay may be subject to an additional charge.
  4. The keys to the flat will be handed over at Podzamcze 20, 31-003 Krakow. After 6 pm it is possible to pick up the keys from the safe, after contacting the office in advance and allowing the deposit to be blocked on the card. The check-in fee, in case an employee of the office has to wait for a guest, is 50PLN for every hour started after 6 pm.
  5. The exact date and time of the Guest's arrival at the flat should be confirmed by phone or e-mail, a day before arrival at the latest, to the person responsible for the booking indicated by ABC Apartments . Should the guest be unable to arrive at the flat at the agreed time ABC Apartments reserves the right to change the place of handing over the keys.
  6. Check-in after 24.00 is optional and must be confirmed by ABC Apartments in each case. The guest is obliged to inform ABC Apartments about check-in after 24.00 hours in advance. In the absence of such information, check-in may not be possible and bookings may be cancelled due to non-arrival.
  7. Upon check-in, the relevant tourist tax is collected in cash (PLN 2.80 per person per day; as of 2023).
  8. An identity card is required for the registration activity. If the identity card raises doubts of the person appointed to contact the guest, he/she has the right to ask for another document confirming the identity of the person being registered.
  9. ABC Apartments reserves the right to refuse admission to a Guest, without the possibility of refunding the fee for a stay that:

    1. does not have ID or does not want to show ID
    2. is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
    3. makes vulgar references to facility staff
    4. uses criminal threats or any form of blackmail
    5. refuses to pay the stay or the mandatory fees
    6. refuses to pre-authorise the card

  10. The guest, with the consent of ABC Apartments, may transfer all rights and obligations arising from the concluded contract to a third party, provided that the third party assumes all rights and obligations arising from the concluded contract.
  11. Guests should report any deficiencies or defects found in the flat on the day of check-in.
  12. Failure to submit any comments or objections (in writing: text message, email, etc.) regarding the technical condition of the flat on the day of check-in means that the flat, as well as the equipment contained therein, has been handed over for use in a condition that does not give rise to any comments or objections on the part of the guest.
  13. The Guest shall be fully liable for any damage to the Premises or its furnishings and to the common property, including the common parts of the building in which the Premises are located, as well as to the flats adjacent to the Premises, not resulting from the normal use of the Premises, caused by the Client and by the persons staying at the Premises with the Client.
  14. Greater than normal wear and tear on the towels resulting in damage will be charged at an additional fee of £40 per item.
  15. The guest is obliged to repair any damage caused to ABC Apartments and to third parties both in the Premises and in the common property, including the common parts of the building as well as neighbouring premises, by himself and persons for whom he is responsible. The client is obliged to inform ABC Apartments or an authorised person of any defects, damage or harm caused by him and persons for whom he is responsible.
  16. As security for the fulfilment of the obligation referred to in the preceding paragraph, ABC Apartments shall collect a deposit from the Client when handing over the keys to the Premises. The deposit shall be released within 7 days after vacating the Premises , after deducting the equivalent of any damage caused by the Client and persons for whom he is responsible.
  17. The deduction of ABC Apartments' receivables from the deposit does not exclude the assertion of claims for damages whose value exceeds the collected deposit.
  18. Apartmore reserves the right to charge the guest's card an amount equivalent to the loss incurred.
  19. The flat attendant has the right to enter a rented flat without the guest's permission in the event of perceived threats to the safety of guests or property,
    in the event of the Guest's non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the flat, suspected behaviour likely to significantly deteriorate the condition of the flat, or other situations contrary to the principles of social co-existence. Apartmore reserves the right to eject Guests from the flats in the above situations.
  20. The number of people to stay in the property is limited to the number stated in the booking process. If the number of persons turns out to be higher than the number stated at the time of booking, the Tenant undertakes to pay a contractual penalty of PLN 200 for each additional person per day. If the permitted number of persons in the flat is exceeded, Apartmore may also refuse to issue the keys.
  21. Pets are not allowed in the flat. Breach of this prohibition will result in a fine of PLN 300 per night booked by the Guest. (Unless otherwise agreed in writing).
  22. Smoking, tobacco products and other stimulants are strictly prohibited in the flat. In the event of a smell of the above, ABC Apartments will charge the guest 500 PLN for the elimination of the smell.
  23. The guest is obliged to observe the principles of good neighbourliness, to maintain cleanliness in the premises, in the stairwells and within the occupied building and to keep the rented flat in good condition.
  24. If, as a result of disturbances by Guests, a representative of Apartmore is called to the Apartment or the Municipal Police or the Police are called to intervene, Apartmore shall be entitled to terminate the agreement immediately due to the fault of the Client and at the same time has the right to charge the Guest with a fine of PLN 1,000.
  25. On the day of departure, the Guest is obliged to make the rented premises available to ABC Apartments in order to inspect its condition.
  26. Apartmore is not responsible for and does not store items left by Guests in the flat.
  27. The Client shall be fully responsible for the keys to the Premises and the remote controls for the entrance gates entrusted to him (if the reservation includes a garage space). The loss of a key or a remote control shall be charged an additional fee of PLN 100.00 per piece.
  28. Early departure of the Guest, for reasons beyond the control of the flat owners, does not entitle the Guest to claim a refund of the amount for the unused service.
  29. The company reserves the right, in cases of sudden faults or other fortuitous events, to shorten the booking and refund any unused accommodation.
  30. To matters not covered by these rules, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
  8. The provision of personal data is a prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract / failure to do so may result iń a refusal to provide the service.
